Board of Directors
	CBP's board of directors is currently comprised of five members: Ms. Siu Ling Chan, Ms. Lin Ling Li, Mr. Sean Shao, Dr. Jie Gan and Dr. Tong Jun Lin. Among the directors, Mr. Sean Shao, Dr. Jie Gan and Dr. Tong Jun Lin are independent directors.
