Siu Ling Chan |

Siu Ling Chan has been our director since July 19, 2006. She has been our chairwoman since January 1, 2007 and served as our CEO from January 2007 to March 2007. Ms Chan is also currently a director of our subsidiary Logic Express. She was also appointed as the director of Shandong Taibang in April 2006. Prior to joining us, Ms. Chan worked from 1991 to 2005, as an administrator at the
Fujian
Academy of Social Sciences, and from 1989 to 1991 as a statistician at the Fujian Pingtan Economy Committee. She received a diploma in Statistics from
Xiamen
University in 1989 and a diploma in management from
Fujian
Party
Committee
School in 2004.

Lin Ling Li |
|
Lin Ling Li has been a member of our board of directors since July 19, 2006. Since February 2006, Ms Li has been the director of our subsidiary Logic Express, and since May 2004, she has been a director at Up-wing Investment Limited, a predecessor to Logic Express. Ms Li was a technician at Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Company from 1980 to 2000. From October 1998 to April 2006, she was a senior manager at Fuzhou Chengxin Dian Dang Company Limited, where she was involved in financing, mortgage and loan industry. She holds a diploma in accounting from Fujian Party Committee School of Finance and Accounting in 1994.

Mr. Sean Shao |
|
Mr. Sean Shao has been appointed to serve as the Chairman of CBP's Audit Committee since July 24, 2008, and a member of Compensation Committee and Nominating Committee since August 7, 2008. He brings to CBP over thirteen years of experience in financial and operational management in publicly held and private-owned companies. For the past four years Mr. Shao has served as chief financial officer of Trina Solar Limited, ChinaEdu Corporation, a Chinese educational service provider, and Watchdata Technologies Ltd., a Chinese security software company. Prior to this, Mr. Shao served six years as a senior manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Beijing and three years with Deloitte & Touche Toronto. Mr. Shao received his master's degree in health care administration from the
University of
California at Los Angeles in 1988 and his bachelor's degree in art from
East
China
Normal
University in 1982. Mr. Shao holds a CPA license of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Dr. Jie Gan |
|
Dr. Jie Gan has been appointed to serve as a member of CBP's Audit Committee since July 24, the chair of Compensation Committee and a member of Nominating Committee since August 7, 2008. She brings to CBP strong financial consulting experiences. She serves as an associate professor with tenure in the Department of Finance at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Her areas of research expertise include pharmaceutical company valuation in the areas of accounting statements, cash flow forecasts, and cost of capital estimations. Dr. Gan received her PhD in Financial Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her Bachelor's degree from
Nanjing
University in China

Dr. Tong Jun Lin |

Dr. Tong Jun Lin has been appointed to serve as a member of CBP's Audit Committee since July 24, 2008, the chair of Nominating Committee and a member of Compensation Committee since August 7, 2008. He has over 20 years of medical research experience. He is an associate professor with tenure in the Departments of Microbiology and Immunology and Pediatrics at the
Dalhousie
University . Dr. Lin has been involved in the studies of immunological mechanisms in the host defense against microbial pathogens and allergens. Dr. Lin received his MD (1984) from The First Military Medical University in Guangzhou, and PhD (1990) degree from the
Institute of
Materia Medica Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences in
Beijing, . He received his post-doctoral training at the University of Alberta,
Duke
University and
Dalhousie
